Brian Lim
Registered Psychologist
Brian (he/they) is a Registered Psychologist with a holistic and flexible approach, drawing on a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to suit each individual’s needs. His practice is grounded in person-centred, strengths-based and neuro-affirming principles.
Brian has a particular interest in meaning, purpose, communication and relationships. He works with young people and adults from a wide range of backgrounds, including carers, helpers and culturally diverse communities.
Brian supports people through a broad range of life challenges and personal circumstances, and offers both ongoing support and short-term focused sessions depending on what is most appropriate for the individual.
Shahirah (Shah) Fadzlullah
Registered Psychologist
Shahirah is a psychologist who believes therapy works best when it feels genuine, collaborative and grounded in trust. She works with children, young people and adults, offering a warm and practical approach that helps clients and families navigate life’s challenges with support and clarity.
Shahirah creates a safe, welcoming space where people feel heard, respected and supported. Her work focuses on helping clients build confidence, resilience and practical strategies for everyday life.
Patrick Marwick
Mental Health Social Worker
Patrick brings more than 30 years of experience across public mental health and counselling settings, including senior clinical leadership roles. He now supports children, young people, adults and families through counselling and psychotherapy at Black Swan Health.
Patrick has extensive experience helping people work through relationship challenges, family concerns, life changes and emotional wellbeing, and values the positive outcomes that counselling and family support can create for individuals and their relationships.
He draws on a range of research-informed therapeutic approaches to provide thoughtful, practical support tailored to each client’s needs and goals.

We believe therapy should be accessible. We reserve a limited number of appointments for clients facing financial hardship. If our standard fees are a barrier for you, please ask about our reserved appointments for certain situations, before your first appointment.
Please note: Fees apply and will be advised at the time of booking. Medicare rebates may be available with a valid referral, or you may be eligible to claim through your private health insurance. Out-of-pocket costs may apply. Eligibility for rebates is the client’s responsibility to confirm. Full fee due at time of appointment.
